Action Dash is an obstacle course specifically designed for children between the ages of 4 and 8 and the latest event from Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation. The course will include a range of obstacles and challenges including a tyre run, straw bale climb, camo crawl, hurdle jump and sack race finish! The event is a unique opportunity for your children to get outside in the fresh air and get active – it’s great for children and for parents because it’s exercise disguised as fun!
The 2018 Action Dash will take place on Sunday 8th July at the Isla Gladstone, Stanley Park, Liverpool. Participation in the event must be booked in advance online for specific timeslots. There will be no places available on the day of the event. Registration is only £4 per child plus a 50p admin fee charged by Ticket Quarter. Please see our webpage for more information. www.roycastle.org/action
Every child taking part will receive an Action Dash medal at the finish from the charity’s mascot, Samantha the Panther.
