Merseyside Sports Partnership is well placed to link sports people/organisations requiring funding with commercial sponsorship opportunities. Funding
Merseyside Sports Partnership recognise the importance of supporting their partners to access and secure funding from many sources within the public, private and voluntary sector to develop community sport.
For organisations, Merseyside Sports Partnership has access to Grant Finder, a search tool which provided us with the up to date information on local, regional and national funding programmes. To see if your project or programme is eligible please complete this online form so we can perform a search for you and inform you of the outcome.
For individuals, Local Sports Councils offer a sports bursary fund to assist with coaching, sports equipment, accommodation and travel to and from competitions. For an application form please contact your local sports council for further details.
Sponsorship
Merseyside Sports Partnership organise a number of programmes and events that require sponsorship. Merseyside Primary Games for example could not run without the financial support of commercial organisations. We work with our sponsorship partners to ensure that the relationship is mutually beneficial, including the production of event reports which record the impact of our work.
Other programmes include, Sponsor an award at the Merseyside Sporting Champions Dinner, Disability Coach Education Programme, Disability Sports Directory plus much much more.
