The Future Sporting Champions Dinner seeks to promote sport to recognise and reward the countless people who make up our sporting life in Merseyside.

The awards are represented by nominees from The Merseyside Sports Partnership, (Liverpool, Halton, St Helens, Knowsley, Sefton and Wirral), and all nominees are winners from their local award evening.

One of our major success stories from this event is Amanda Taylor, who also went on to win the BBC/Sport England Young Sports Person of the Year at a National televised event.

Raising funds for the Merseyside Sports Bursary is a very important part of the evening and sponsors can support the entire event or each of one of the five awards available.
